What we do

How a shipment runs
STEP 01
Enquiry
Send part numbers, a VIN, or photographs — whatever you have. Rough descriptions are fine; we'll come back with questions rather than guesses.
STEP 02
Quotation
One landed figure in SGD or USD covering goods, freight and handling. What you approve is what you pay — no charges added after the fact.
STEP 03
Purchase and check
We buy from the supplier and physically check the parts against your order before anything is packed. Wrong item, wrong revision — better caught here than in Kokopo.
STEP 04
Export and declare
Invoice, packing list and permit declaration lodged, air waybill issued, cargo tendered to the carrier.
STEP 05
Handover
Tracking number and full document set sent to you on the day of departure. Delivered to your forwarder, your agent, or your door.
What we move
If it's legal to export from Singapore and legal to import into Papua New Guinea, ask. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth shipping or whether you're better off sourcing closer to home.
